This Russian Sturgeon Caviar is successfully acqua cultured at a large sturgeon farm located in the Republic of Moldova near the Black Sea, where these rare and valuable fish have historically harbored.
We offer this Russian sturgeon caviar in the following assortment:
CLASSIC – Non-pasteurized granular sturgeon fish caviar – with minimal salting and processing that keeps its absolute purest taste. It has a light odor, tender consistency and luxurious flavor bouquet.
MALOSSOL – Pasteurized granular sturgeon fish caviar – exposed to gentle thermal processing that allows a prolonged shelf life, preserving its delicate odor and unique taste.
We offer two more varieties of caviar, from Sterlet fish, which is the smallest fish in the sturgeon family and Bester, which is a hybrid, the result of crossing different variants of beluga (Huso Huso) and Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus).
All caviar is vacuum-packed in glass jars and tins, so that the aroma and the flavor of this all-natural caviar is carefully preserved to be as fresh as the day it was packaged. |
